Last updated September 2026. Vantage is in early access — this is a working draft describing what the product actually does today, not final reviewed legal text.
Your name and email when you sign up; the text of anything you capture (typed or transcribed from voice); any photos, links, or business details you choose to add; and, if you enable push notifications, a browser-issued subscription identifier so we know where to send them. We don't collect anything beyond what you put into the app.
To run the product: sorting your captures, scheduling reminders, generating quote PDFs, and sending account emails (verification, password reset). Captured text is sent to Anthropic's API to classify it into a title, category, and priority. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Neither is used for advertising, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Vantage doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie set is a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in — nothing you need to consent to separately.
Delete anything you've captured at any time from within the app. To delete your entire account and everything tied to it, contact us using the account email — we don't do this automatically so it can't happen by accident.
