Last updated October 2026. Vantage Capture is in early access — this is a working draft describing how the product actually works today, not final text reviewed by an attorney. It isn't legal advice to you, and you should have a lawyer review it before relying on it.
You need an account to use Vantage Capture. You're responsible for what you enter and for keeping your password secure. Don't use the product for anything illegal, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
The product is actively being built. Features can change, break, or be removed without notice. Vantage Capture is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind — back up anything important to you.
What you capture is yours. We don't claim ownership of it and only use it to provide the product back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment details directly. Some plans include a free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan you signed up for.
You can cancel any time from Settings, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refund eligibility depends on the plan:
Starter and Personal — monthly billing is non-refundable. Annual billing comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee; after 7 days it's non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the paid year if you cancel.
Business — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on either monthly or annual billing. Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund; after 30 days it's non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
You can switch plans at any time from Settings; changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@vantagecapture.app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
To the extent allowed by law, Vantage Capture isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product. Nothing here overrides rights you have under your local law that can't be waived.
A specific governing-law and dispute-resolution clause belongs here once Vantage Capture has a formed business entity and a lawyer has chosen a jurisdiction — this section is intentionally left as a placeholder rather than guessed at.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
